About Us
Our Daily Bread, formerly Drift & Porter is a Gluten-Free and Vegan Baking Company founded by Matthew Spano and John Partazana. We specialize in Artisan, Gluten-Free Bread, Sourdough and Small Batch Pastries.

We sell exclusively at The Railyard Artisan Market in Santa Fe, New Mexico on Sundays and Eldorado Farmer's Market on Fridays, May through October. We cater to a loyal and diverse following of people, ranging from those with celiac and gluten sensitivities to those who follow a fully vegan diet to those who simply want a healthy alternative to traditional baking. 

Products range from Quinoa & Oat or Mock "Rye" Sandwich Bread to our Buckwheat & Brown Rice Sourdough. From Rustic Fruit Galettes to our ever- popular Whoopie Pie, paying homage to our Northeast roots and drawing inspiration from The Amish & The Shakers.
